Job Description Credit Card Analytics:

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Credit Card Analytics professional to join the Analytics team at AU Small Finance Bank. The role focuses on leveraging data to generate actionable insights, support business decision-making, and enhance credit card portfolio performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze credit card portfolio performance and customer behavior.

- Track, monitor, and report key business KPIs.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with Product, Risk, Operations, and Marketing teams.

- Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong hands-on experience in SQL / SAS.

- Working knowledge of Python for analytics and automation.

- Experience in building dashboards using Power BI.

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

- Understanding of credit card business metrics and analytics.

- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification: B.Tech / MBA
