Job Description :

As Brand Manager at AU Small Finance Bank, you will play a key role in shaping and developing the brand's identity. You will ensure consistency in all customer and employee communications. You will lead rebranding projects, boost internal brand engagement, and work with other teams to integrate brand thinking into the organization's culture and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Brand Strategy & Positioning :

i. Develop and improve the brand structure, positioning, and value offering to match AU Bank's vision and business goals.

ii. Ensure brand consistency across all customer journeys, product experiences, and service channels.

- Rebranding & Brand Evolution :

i. Lead rebranding initiatives from start to finish, including refreshing brand identity and rollout strategy.

ii. Collaborate with design, product, and customer experience teams to implement rebranding across both physical and digital assets.

iii. Manage stakeholder alignment and change management during rebranding phases.

- Internal Communication :

i. Develop and carry out internal communication strategies to help employees understand and support the brand.

ii. Work with HR, L&D, and internal communications teams to weave brand values into onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs.

- Cross-functional Collaboration :

i. Work closely with product, branch operations, customer experience, and compliance teams to ensure the brand is consistent in all initiatives.

ii. Support internal teams with brand guidelines, templates, and messaging frameworks.

iii. Maintain and update brand guidelines and ensuring it is followed across.
