About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on soft skills, behavioral competencies, and professional development for our banking staff. This role requires someone who can create engaging learning experiences that drive behavioral change and enhance employee performance across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver comprehensive behavioral training programs covering communication skills, leadership development, customer service excellence, and interpersonal effectiveness

- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities

- Create interactive training modules, workshops, and e-learning content using various instructional design methodologies

- Facilitate group training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions

- Develop role-playing scenarios, case studies, and simulation exercises relevant to banking environment

- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics

- Customize training content to address specific departmental needs and organizational objectives

- Mentor and coach employees to reinforce behavioral changes and skill application

- Collaborate with HR and line managers to align training initiatives with performance management goals

- Stay current with latest trends in behavioral training and adult learning principles

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3+ years of experience in behavioral training, preferably in banking or financial services sector

- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field

- Certification in training methodologies (preferred)

- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design

- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms

- Proven track record of conducting successful training programs

- Knowledge of banking operations and customer service standards preferred

- Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills

- Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt training style accordingly

- Creative problem-solving abilities
