Job Summary
The incumbent will lead Life & Health Insurance Renewals , driving customer retention and revenue generation. This role demands a self-motivated leader with strong analytical acumen, proven collection strategies, and the ability to design scalable, compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy & Process Design: Define and implement renewal collection policies across premium stages (Due, Overdue, Lapse, Revival).
- Renewal Monitoring: Ensure rigorous follow-up and tracking of renewals with strong MIS governance.
- Collection Strategy: Analyze performance, implement improvements, and digitize collection workflows.
- Automation & Digitization: Drive automation of MIS, daily tracking dashboards, and dialer management systems.
- Campaigns & Incentives: Design contests, incentive schemes, and renewal campaigns (local & PAN India) to boost persistency.
- Analytics Collaboration: Partner with analytics teams to identify high-risk segments and mitigate churn.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Build collaborative relationships with partners, sales, and support functions to advance renewal strategies.
- Reporting: Prepare MIS, dashboards, and executive presentations for reviews.
Qualifications
- MBA from a premier institute; B.Tech preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance/financial services.
- At least 5+ years in Health Insurance Renewal Management.
- Certified Black Belt Six Sigma professional.

- Expertise in renewal management, collections, and customer retention.
- Strong business analytics skills with exposure to analytical models.
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and exceed targets.
- Experience in digital process transformation and workflow automation.
- Track record of working in target-driven environments with measurable outcomes.
