Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site Branch Manager role located in Yemmiganur. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, manage a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of financial services to customers in the region.

- Responsibilities include supervising branch activities, achieving business targets, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and coordinating with Bank Mitras.

- The role requires an emphasis on operational excellence and team leadership to fulfill the organization's financial inclusion mission.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in team management, leadership, and staff supervision.

- Understanding of banking operations, financial products, and banking correspondent activities.

- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

- Experience managing targets and providing strategic solutions to achieve business goals.

- Familiarity with rural and semi-urban financial needs and operational challenges is preferred.

- Bachelors /Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.

- Previous experience in branch management or a similar role in the banking or financial industry is advantageous.
