Attero - Product Manager

- As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of product strategies.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and supply chain, to design and implement data-driven solutions.

- Your role will involve understanding customer pain points, visualizing product flows, and identifying edge cases to solve critical business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Visualize and deeply understand customer pain points, product flows, and edge cases to ensure comprehensive solutions.

- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to drive product improvements and solve data-related challenges.

- Analyze data to inform product decisions, develop roadmaps, and deliver features that enhance user experience.

- Define key product metrics, track performance, and iterate based on feedback and data insights.

- Foster a strong understanding of user needs and market trends to shape product vision and strategy.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Education:

- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is mandatory.

- 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a product-based company.

- Proven experience working as a Product Manager (PM) or Associate Product Manager.

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Excel (both are must-haves).

- Experience using Google Analytics to track and measure product performance.

- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management and end-to-end product development.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach and attention to detail.

- Ability to visualize and address customer pain points and develop intuitive product flows.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, particularly in operations and supply chain.

- Demonstrated ability to think critically, visualize edge cases, and resolve complex product challenges through data insights
