About The Role.

- We are looking for a dynamic Manager - HR to manage HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement at our Reengus location.

- The role involves handling the complete employee lifecycle-from onboarding to exit-while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and supporting talent engagement initiatives.

- The ideal candidate should bring strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, and HR automation systems, along with the ability to partner with business leaders and provide effective HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll & Compliance:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing including salary, bonus, statutory deductions, and tax compliance.

- Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, minimum wages, professional tax, etc.

- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for labour inspections and statutory audits.

- Continuously improve payroll accuracy and implement automation tools for efficiency.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:

- Handle onboarding, induction, transfers, confirmations, and exits with complete documentation.

- Oversee attendance, leave management, and HRIS updates.

- Support performance management cycles - appraisals, goal setting, and feedback.

- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances and queries.

Employee Engagement & Development:

- Drive employee engagement programs to enhance morale and retention.

- Support initiatives related to training & development and skill enhancement.

- Contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Conduct regular employee connect sessions to strengthen workplace culture.

Policy Implementation & Governance:

- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures across the location.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and central labour laws.

- Support HR audits and provide required data/reports on time.

- Handle disciplinary actions and maintain proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

- Proven experience in managing HR processes independently at plant/ manufacturing location preferred.

- Sound knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances.

- Hands-on experience in HRIS, payroll systems, and automation tools.

- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a plant/industrial setup.
