Job Summary:

We are looking for a performance-oriented and analytically strong Associate Manager - Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention initiatives across Selsmart and MetalMandi. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment, can think strategically, and execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance - Digital Marketing:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Web - App campaigns) across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook - Instagram), and other paid channels, familiar with MMPs like appsflyer, branch, firebase

- Manage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, App push and re-engagement campaigns

- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV

- Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals

2. Analytics - Business Understanding:

- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities

- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and marketing efficiency

- Apply strong business acumen to align marketing strategies with revenue and growth objectives

3. Strategy - Execution:

- Support marketing strategy development for D2C - B2B initiatives and brand-led campaigns

- Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines under pressure

- Identify new growth channels, tools, and marketing innovations

4. Stakeholder - Team Collaboration:

- Coordinate with internal teams including product, sales, tech, and operations

- Communicate insights, results, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders

Key Requirements:

1. Education - Background:

- MBA in Marketing / Business Management from a reputed institute

- Strong academic and professional background

2. Experience:

- 5 - 6 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with B2C companies

- Proven experience in managing performance marketing and retention channels

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and CRM platforms

3. Skills - Competencies:

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

- Excellent understanding of business fundamentals and customer lifecycle

- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
