Our mission is to help businesses in this space improve their operations and grow their revenue through our simple & easy-to-use software platform. We're looking for a dynamic individual to join our Finance team.

Job Description:

- As Manager Finance, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the finance department.

- You will work closely with the Head of Finance and other departments to support the decision making process and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities Of The Role:

- Financial Reporting: Perform month-end closing activities for all the group entities and Prepare MIS/ Annual Financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP requirements.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support in preparation of Annual Operating Plan, analyzing the financial performance with the Plan and providing recommendations for adjustments to the Plan.

- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all the applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to Companies Act, 2013, Income Tax Act, 1961, Goods and Services Act, US Sales tax, etc.

- External Audit/ Due Diligence: Collaborate with external auditors/ Professional firms to ensure completion of audits/ Due Diligence in a timely manner.

- Treasury Management: Manage the treasury for the group ensuring maximum returns on the idle funds.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as department heads, management teams, and cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance and support.

Requirements For The Role:

- A Chartered Accountant with minimum 5 years of post qualification experience with Big-6 Firms or Startups.

- Experience of working with/ Auditing a US Company is preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Ability to analyze large sets of data.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
