We are looking for Business Development Manager to Drive predictable revenue growth by acquiring new enterprise customers, developing strategic alliances, and building a qualified sales pipeline across India, USA and Africa.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

- Identify and acquire mid-sized companies in Pharma, Finance and FMCG

- Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities

- Conduct discovery meetings

- Understand business challenges

- Coordinate solution presentations with the technical team

- Drive proposals through negotiation and closure

- Build multi-level relationships with CXOs and department heads

- Maintain CRM discipline

- Forecast revenue accurately

- Track KPIs and conversion rates
