We are looking for a high-potential professional to join the Founders Office, reporting directly to Sunder Raju, Chairman, Atria Group, and work on strategic initiatives across existing businesses and new growth ventures, including our global healthcare workforce mobility platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive strategic business development and commercial partnerships.

- Evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and growth initiatives.

- Build financial models, business cases, commercial proposals, and management presentations.

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments.

- Lead cross-functional projects with senior leadership across the Group.

- Support investment evaluations, fundraising, and strategic transactions where required.

- Work closely with business leaders to drive execution of high-impact initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

- Engineering graduate with an MBA from a Tier 1 institute.

- 2-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Big 4 Advisory, Founders Office, or high-growth startups.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
