About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Transformation Manager who will drive the evolution of our sales ecosystem through technology, data, and digital initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Technology, and Analytics, and will be responsible for building and improving digital products and systems used by our sales teams, distributors, and partners.
You will work closely with Sales leaders, IT teams, and external technology vendors to design, implement, and scale solutions such as Sales Force Automation (SFA), Distributor Management Systems (DMS), retailer applications, and analytics dashboards. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys translating business problems into technology-enabled solutions, driving cross-functional programs, and improving how sales teams leverage data and digital tools.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Sales Transformation Initiative:
- Own and drive technology-led transformation projects for the sales organization.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity through digital tools, automation, and analytics.
- Lead the implementation and enhancement of systems such as DMS, SFA, CRM, and retailer applications.
2. Translate Business Needs into Product / Tech Requirements:
- Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, Commercial, and GTM teams to understand business challenges
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements
- Work with technology vendors and internal teams to design scalable solutions
3. Manage Technology Integrations:
- Understand how various sales systems interact, including data flows, integrations, and APIs.
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless system integrations
- Identify potential technical gaps or feasibility issues and work toward solutions.
4. Program Management & Execution:
- Drive end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to implementation and adoption
- Manage timelines, vendors, stakeholders, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure timely issue resolution
5. Data & Analytics Enablement:
- Ensure accurate and reliable data capture across sales systems
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytical tools to support decision-making
- Partner with internal analytics teams to generate actionable sales insights
6. Enable Field Adoption:
- Ensure new tools and platforms are effectively adopted by the field sales teams
- Build documentation, training material, and processes to support change management
- Continuously gather feedback from users and drive product improvements
Key Stakeholders:
Internal - Regional Sales Managers (RSM), Area Sales Managers (ASM), Sales Executives, Trade Marketing, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, IT and Data teams, Sales Commercial and MIS teams.
External: Technology vendors, Implementation partners and consultants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related fields
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
Experience:
- 4 - 6 years of experience in product management, digital transformation, sales technology, or program management roles.
- Experience working with business and technology teams to deliver digital products or systems
- Exposure to sales technology platforms such as DMS, SFA, CRM, or similar business systems is preferred

Product & Technology
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional or technical specifications
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows
- Experience working with technology vendors or engineering teams.
Program Management
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution
Data & Analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus
Business Understanding
- Ability to understand sales processes and operational workflows
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to simplify complex problems
