Role responsibilities:

1. End-to-end responsibility of e-commerce P&L (revenue, margins, profitability) for sales through our e-commerce partners like Amazon.

2. Driving offtake and customer experience by optimizing listing quality, regional replications and strategic pricing alignment.

3. Working closely with the growth team to generate demand, planning and managing on-platform Ad spends and owing the full consumer journey and model level conversion funnel metrics on the platform.

4. Strive continuously to make recommendations to improve conversions and ads performance by analyzing internal data and industry trends.

5. Identify gaps in the customer journey on Ecommerce platforms and plan interventions to drive sellout.

6. In depth understanding of each category on the ecommerce platform.

7. Relationship management with ecommerce operations team, production team, vendor partners, and brand team.

1. Excellent data and analytics skills, use Excel to derive meaningful insights from data.

2. A team player with excellent written, spoken and presentation skills

3. Possessing a customer first approach, proactive problem-solving approach - a can-do attitude.

What are we looking for?

- MBA/PGDM 2022 - 2033 passout from a premier institute

- Experience - 3 to 5 years
