Manager Central CX - Spare Revenue - Mumbai (Supply chain) Role responsibilities : 1.Managing the stocks at service partners without variance by setting up stock verification processes and maintaining more than 1200+ SKU (FG and Spares) without variance. 2. Inventory Analysis and robust panning to optimise inventory level and reduce slow moving inventory at service centres. 3. Build 0-1 strategies for establishing Standardisation of parts service and sales of spares via various sales channels. 4.Make revenue realisation model/process for out of warranty complaints. 5.Preparing MIS reports of Updated database of available parts and adjusted stock accordingly for inventory accounting and settling service centres. What We Need : 1.Experience 3-6 years of experience in supply chain management with a focus on inventory optimization. 2..Experience working in high-growth startups, FMCG/Consumer Durables or other consumer-driven sectors with exposure to large-scale operations. 3.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excel is a must. 4.High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. 5.Prior experience in procurement or category management is a plus.
