Atomberg Technologies - Manager - Capex & Finance

Manager - Finance - R&D & Capex will be responsible for budgeting, cost analysis, capital expenditure planning, monthly MIS reporting, and driving cost optimization across R&D and Plant operations. The role partners closely with R&D, Operations, Procurement, and Finance teams to improve decision-making through accurate financial insights and governance.

- Prepare and manage R&D and Plant Capex budgets, including consolidation, tracking, and variance analysis.

- Review Capex proposals for financial feasibility, ROI, payback period, and alignment with business goals.

- Track monthly spends, monitor budget vs. actuals, and deliver MIS reports with insights and recommendations.

- Monitor material and service usage parameters to identify losses and drive cost control initiatives.

- Support R&D and Operations teams in project evaluations, new product development costing, and financial modelling.

- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and maintain accurate documentation for audits.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve cost efficiency, enhance reporting processes, and strengthen governance.

What are we looking for?

- Expertise in budgeting, Capex planning, financial modelling, and variance analysis.

- Strong command over MIS preparation, Excel, and analytical tools.

- Experience in manufacturing/R&D environment (preferred)
