Designation - Manager - Business Finance

Qualification: CA - 2016 - 2021 passout or MBA - 2017- 2023

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai (Corporate office)

Role & Responsibilities:

Business Partnering:

- Work closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.

- Provide financial insights to guide decision-making and improve business operations.

- Assist in strategic planning, identifying opportunities for growth and cost-saving initiatives.

Reporting & Compliance:

- Prepare accurate financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the financial health of the company.

- Support the monthly and quarterly financial closing process.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Cost Management:

- Analyze and manage operating costs, identifying areas for optimization.

- Recommend cost-control strategies to improve profitability.

Project & Investment Analysis:

- Conduct financial analysis of new projects, investments, and business opportunities.

- Provide ROI (Return on Investment) analysis to guide decision-making.
