Role Overview:

As the Lead - Supply Chain Excellence, you will be instrumental in driving process improvements and optimizing supply chain operations across Atomberg Technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and warehouse operations to identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices. This role directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain, leading to reduced costs, improved service levels, and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives across the entire supply chain, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced operational costs.

- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

- Conduct thorough analysis of current supply chain processes, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management, to pinpoint bottlenecks and inefficiencies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement streamlined processes, leading to improved collaboration and communication.

- Drive the adoption of best practices in supply chain management, including lean principles and six sigma methodologies, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Manage and optimize warehouse operations, focusing on space utilization, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment efficiency, to enhance overall warehouse productivity.

- Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory management, reducing stockouts and excess inventory, to optimize working capital.

- Lead projects related to supply chain optimization, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget, to deliver tangible business results.

- Mentor and coach team members on process improvement methodologies and supply chain best practices, fostering a high-performance culture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Proven expertise in implementing process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including demand planning, inventory management, and logistics.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in managing warehouse operations and optimizing warehouse processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.

- 5-9 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Process Excellence roles.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.

- On-site role based in Mumbai.
