Atomberg Technologies - Lead/Head - ERP - SAP Implementation

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on ERP Lead to drive end-to-end SAP implementation and business transformation across Atomberg. The ideal candidate will bring a strong functional understanding of SAP modules and a strategic mindset to align ERP processes with business objectives across operations, finance, supply chain, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End SAP Implementation: Lead greenfield/brownfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA across business units - including requirement gathering, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.

- Cross-Functional Module Expertise: Deep hands-on exposure across key SAP modules - MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales & Distribution), PP (Production Planning), FICO (Finance & Controlling), and WM/IM (Warehouse/Inventory Management).

- Business Process Mapping & Optimization: Collaborate with business stakeholders to map current processes, identify gaps, and re-design workflows for efficiency, scalability, and control.

- System Integration: Drive integration of SAP with third-party tools (CRM, WMS, HRMS, BI tools, etc.) and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.

- Change Management & User Training: Build user confidence through detailed UAT plans, training programs, and knowledge transfer for internal stakeholders and functional users.

- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage ERP partners and implementation vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and cost control.

- Reporting & Analytics Enablement: Enable effective MIS and decision-making dashboards using SAP analytics and reporting capabilities, in collaboration with business and analytics teams.

- Governance & Compliance: Ensure data integrity, audit-readiness, and compliance to internal IT policies, financial controls, and statutory requirements through the ERP ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:

- Prior experience in a core/lead role in SAP implementation (preferably S/4HANA).

- Strong understanding of manufacturing/FMCG supply chain workflows.

- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving startup-like environments.

- Ability to build ERP systems that scale with growth and complexity.
