JOB SUMMARY:

1) Strategic Support & Advisory:

- Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions.

- Help define and communicate the company's goals, values, and long-term purpose in collaboration with the CBO and stakeholders.

- Synthesize complex data and MIS reports across all business units to provide timely, actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

- Prepare and review high-stakes reports, presentations, and briefing materials for executive and board-level meetings.

2) Operational Excellence & Project Management:

- Oversee and manage high-priority, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

- Create and build structure around daily operations to drive excellence, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.

- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvement strategies to maximize profitability and productivity.

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to track progress against organizational goals.

3) Stakeholder Management & Communication:

- Facilitate seamless communication and information flow between the executive office and department heads.

- Act as a bridge between leadership and various internal/external stakeholders to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.

- Ensure the CBO's directives and decisions are clearly communicated and effectively implemented throughout the organization.

What are we looking for?

- MBA/PGDM qualification from a premier institute.

- 4 to 8 years of total experience with 4 to 5 years in Tier-1 consulting and/or sales and brand experience from a top CPG brand

- Strong strategic thinking and systemic problem-solving abilities.

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.

- Creativity and a generative mindset to design unique solutions for business challenges.

- Strong agility and execution excellence in a fast-growing environment.
