Atomberg Innovation is looking to hire an experienced B2B Marketing Manager with a strong technical orientation to build and execute marketing and pre-sales support for its engineering and manufacturing business.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, sales, and branding, and will work closely with leadership, engineering, and business development teams. The candidate should be comfortable marketing complex, technology-led products and solutions, rather than consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

1. Exhibitions & Industry Events

- Plan and execute participation in domestic and international exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums.

- Own booth concepts, messaging, demos, and coordination with vendors and internal teams.

- Ensure clear articulation of Atomberg Innovation's technology differentiation at events.

2. Marketing Collaterals & Content

- Develop high-quality technical brochures, presentations, datasheets, case studies, and videos.

- Translate engineering concepts (motors, controllers, electronics, firmware) into clear customer-facing narratives.

- Work with external designers and agencies while owning technical accuracy and messaging.

3. Digital Branding & Online Presence

- Build and manage digital presence (website content, LinkedIn, thought leadership posts).

- Drive content focused on engineering depth, IP ownership, and manufacturing capability.

- Support employer branding to attract technical talent.

4. Lead Generation & Pre-Sales Support

- Support the sales team with lead qualification, pitch decks, RFP responses, and customer presentations.

- Track and manage marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) from events, inbound queries, and digital campaigns.

- Coordinate with sales and engineering for customer follow-ups and technical discussions.

5. Marketing Operations & Strategy

- Define marketing calendar, budgets, and ROI tracking for campaigns and events.

- Build structured marketing processes suitable for a B2B engineering organization.

- Support long-term brand positioning of Atomberg Innovation as a design-led manufacturing partner.

Must-Have

- More than 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in engineering, electronics, automotive, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.

- Technical background (engineering degree preferred) or proven ability to work with engineering teams.

- Experience with industrial exhibitions, technical collaterals, and pre-sales support.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good to Have

- Exposure to motors, power electronics, embedded systems, HVAC, EVs, or industrial automation.

- Experience working in or with EMS, OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or deep-tech startups.

- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and analytics.
