Role Summary:

You'll own and build Atomberg's post-sales service vertical end-to-end for a cluster of 3-4 states, ensuring seamless customer experiences through a high-performance service partner network. This is a pivotal, operations-heavy role where you'll train partners, drive efficiency, and shape the future of our service ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Leadership & Partner Management

- Onboard, train, and continuously elevate service partners to meet Atomberg's quality benchmarks.

- Track performance metrics (fulfilment rates, turnaround time, customer satisfaction) and implement corrective actions.

- Manage spare parts supply chain (inventory, logistics) in coordination with central teams.

2. Business Ownership

- Own P&L, scalability, and innovation.

- Analyze service trends, escalations, and prevent recurrences through root-cause fixes.

- Collaborate with sales teams to align service delivery with customer expectations.

3. Cross-Functional Execution

- Work with central teams (Supply Chain, Tech, Product) to design and deploy scalable processes.

- Share best practices with other regions and adapt learnings locally.

Who We're Looking For

- Proven Operators: 4-7 years in after-sales service, customer experience, or service operations (appliances/automotive/consumer electronics preferred).

- High-Ownership Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity, builds from scratch, and delivers under tight deadlines.

- Problem-Solving DNA: Uses first principles to break down complex issues (e.g., "How might we reduce service turnaround by 30%?").

- Energy & Grit: Super hands-on, loves challenges, and obsesses over details.

- Leadership: Experience managing teams/partners and influencing without authority.
