Conduct thorough market research and analysis to evaluate the feasibility of entering new product categories or expanding our product line. 2. Develop comprehensive plans for entering new categories, including market entry strategies, product development roadmaps, and revenue projections. 3. Collaborate closely with the Research and Development (R&D) and Operations teams to identify and assess third-party (3P) manufacturing capabilities for the new product categories. 4. Conduct extensive market research and analysis for the new product categories to create a detailed Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy. This includes identifying target audiences, distribution channels, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics. Work with the Sales Head and Chief business officer on this piece. 5. Collaborate with senior leaders across the organisation to initiate and lead transformation, process improvement, and analytics projects. These initiatives aim to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
