The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales in the modern trade channel for our range of Mixer Grinders category. The candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, building relationships with key accounts, and managing a team of sales executives. Role responsibilities : - Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets in the modern trade channel. - Identify new business opportunities and expand distribution network. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the modern trade channel. - Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and brand visibility. - Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports. - Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the management team. - Manage a team of sales executives and provide coaching and guidance as required. - Conduct regular market visits to gather insights and feedback.
