About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Non-Tech Data Analyst to support business teams by interpreting data, creating reports, identifying trends, and assisting in decision-making.

This role does not require programming or advanced technical skillsbut requires strong business understanding, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with data using tools like Excel, reports, dashboards, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, review, and interpret data from internal systems, reports, and spreadsheets.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports.

- Identify patterns, trends, and insights that support decision-making.

- Present findings in clear reports, charts, tables, and presentations.

- Track KPIs and key metrics to measure operational, sales, or financial performance.

- Analyze customer behavior, revenue trends, or operational data based on business needs.

- Provide insights to help teams improve efficiency and performance.

- Validate and maintain accuracy of reports and data entries.

- Work closely with relevant teams to ensure data completeness and consistency.

- Maintain documentation of reports, definitions, and dashboards.

- Work with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into clear analytical inputs.

- Present data insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a non-technical manner.

- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities in reporting or operations.

- Support the creation of new templates, reporting formats, and dashboards.

- Contribute to building a data-driven culture across teams
