What Will You Do?

- Work directly with users and customers to uncover pain points, validate hypotheses, and prioritize what matters most.

- Collaborate deeply across functions especially with engineering and design, as well as sales, marketing, solutions engineering, and customer success to deliver valuable, usable, and feasible product outcomes.

- Use structured thinking to navigate complex user and system challenges, and drive clarity in prioritization and trade-offs.

- Partner with engineering to scope features, understand technical constraints, review APIs or system behavior, and make thoughtful product decisions.

- Drive cross-functional efforts, including product launches, go-to-market planning, and internal enablement, to ensure successful rollout and adoption.

- Continuously learn from feedback and data, iterate fast, and communicate progress clearly to internal

and external stakeholders

What makes You a Match?

- Proven track record of independently leading product or feature initiatives from inception to rollout.

- Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is required, with a strong preference for enterprise or mid-market product experience.

- Hands-on experience building products with complex workflows, integrations, or compliance considerations.

- Comfortable understanding and discussing system behavior, APIs, and engineering trade-offs during development.

- Skilled at customer discovery, with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable product decisions.

- Experienced in remote-first work environments, and confident working with US-based customers or cross-timezone teams.

- Demonstrated ability to contribute to or lead cross-functional projects, such as launches, GTM planning, or internal onboarding/enablement efforts.
