From time to time, you'll also work closely with other business unit marketing and communications colleagues who support our key sectors and regions around the world.  Roles and responsibilities :  - Atkins looking for a candidate to lead its communications function in India.   - Marketing and communications managers to supervise and direct the workflow of marketing, advertising or public relations specialists by assigning job tasks, facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing external communications. Their expertise allows them to allocate company resources to maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity in the building and maintenance of consistent branding or corporate identity across marketing and public relations channels.   - The candidate should work at both poles of their job title, as well as where marketing and communications duties intersect. The marketing management side of the job may involve the development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with marketing staff and clients. Directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities   - The chief concern of communications management is the public's perception of a product, brand or company. Directing the creation of internal communications, press releases and speeches given by executives, as well as Web or social media presence, is all in the domain of communications management.  - This person will help drive the external communication agenda for the company and will be an integral part of Atkin's regional and global communications team.  - The role will involve identifying and driving stories for the company with top tier media, planning and executing communications campaigns, working closely with the sales team and customers.  - The candidate must have strong relationships with the media across the country, and able identify an opportunity that can help build and position Atkins as a global company in Design and consulting in the media.   - The person will also work closely with key industry analysts in India to keep them updated on Atkins strategy.  - Responsible for maintaining high quality of business communication in the company (mostly related to sales and others involved in marketing and client communication) and handling the client concerns positively and professionally.  - Work closely with creative team on internal branding and various campaigns.  - Improve internal communication to ensure that language doesn't become a hurdle in implementing a marketing plan.  - Should have experience in creating standard documentation sets such as API documentation, Design documents, Product documents, user guides, online help and tutorials  - Liaise with other business functions and categories to get timely and relevant inputs that will go into the development of the written materials, appropriate for its intended audience  - Should be able to understand the need for end-user documentation and build manuals from scratch  - Should have hands-on experience of authoring and editing tools Create and use visual aids (images, diagrams, charts) where appropriate  - Should be able to grasp complex workflows and processes and reproduce them in simple, clear, and concise language should be able to work with templates and create templates, if need be.
