ATIDIV - Team Lead - Search/Social Ads

Are you a performance marketing pro with a passion for driving results through paid / Organic campaigns? We're on the lookout for a Team Lead to join our growing remote team!

Location : Remote

Shift: Night (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM IST)

Experience: 7 years in to Search & Social + 2 years into Team Handling

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing full-funnel campaigns across Search & Social (Meta) platforms

- Driving performance through smart targeting, budgeting, and optimization

- Analyzing metrics, making data-driven decisions, and scaling success

- Collaborating with creative, analytics, and strategy teams

Who You Are:

- Pro at Meta Ads, Google Search Ads , SEO and SEM

- Strong understanding of attribution, funnels, and ROAS

- Detail-oriented, data-driven, and deadline-focused

- Comfortable working independently and managing a team during night shifts
