We're Hiring - Demandbase Specialist (B2B Marketing)

Location : Remote

Experience : 3+ Years

Are you passionate about Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and B2B demand generation? We're looking for a skilled Demandbase Specialist to drive high-impact ABM campaigns, generate qualified opportunities, and help shape marketing strategies for global B2B brands.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, manage & optimize campaigns in Demandbase (display, retargeting & engagement).

- Plan & execute ABM campaigns with sales teams to target high-value accounts.

- Develop demand generation strategies aligned with the buyer journey.

- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data & share actionable insights.

- Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation & creative optimization to improve ROI.

- Collaborate with content, design & sales teams for aligned ABM messaging.

- Manage budgets & pacing effectively to meet pipeline and ROI goals.

- Stay updated on ABM trends, Demandbase innovations & B2B marketing best practices.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with proven hands-on expertise in Demandbase.

- Strong understanding of ABM & demand generation strategies.

- Familiarity with programmatic, paid media & CRM/automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).

- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication & project management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience in SaaS / IT / B2B Tech industries.

- Certifications in Demandbase, Google Ads, or HubSpot.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot
