Key Responsibilities:


Strategy & Planning:


- Develop comprehensive search and social advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand awareness).


- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, competitive benchmarking, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities.


- Forecast campaign performance and budget allocation across various platforms and channels.


Campaign Execution & Management:


- Set up, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and potentially other platforms (e.g., X/Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest).


- Implement advanced targeting, bidding strategies (manual, automated, smart bidding), and ad formats to maximize performance.


- Ensure proper tracking implementation (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API) and data integrity.


Optimization & Performance:


- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance against defined KPIs (e.g., ROI, ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate).


- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to drive continuous improvement.


- Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and maximum return on investment.


- Identify and implement opportunities for scaling successful campaigns.


Reporting & Analysis:


- Generate detailed performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.


- Provide actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and clear explanations of campaign performance trends.


- Translate complex data into easily digestible formats for non-technical audiences.


Creative & Copy Collaboration:


- Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing page experiences that resonate with target audiences.


- Provide data-driven feedback on creative performance to optimize future assets.


Market Intelligence & Innovation:


- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, platform updates, and best practices in the paid search and social advertising landscape.


- Proactively identify and test new advertising features, tools, and strategies.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing large-scale paid advertising campaigns on both Search (Google Ads) and Social Media (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).


- Proven track record of driving measurable results (e.g., increased leads, sales, ROAS) through paid campaigns.


- Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).


- Expert-level proficiency in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).


- Strong experience with LinkedIn Ads.


- Deep understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and conversion tracking.


- Proficiency in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4).


- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.


- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred (Bonus) Skills:


- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Measurement, Shopping).


- Meta Blueprint certifications.


- Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., X/Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, programmatic advertising).


- Experience with A/B testing tools and methodologies.


- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).


- Experience in specific industries relevant to the company's business.


- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they interact with paid search
