Job Title: Assistant Manager Search & Social.
Location: Remote.
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM 6:00 AM (Night Shift).
Employment Type: Full Time.
Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager Search & Social will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across search engines (Google, Bing) and social media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.
The role involves managing end-to-end campaign strategy, budget allocation, audience targeting, performance analysis, and reporting to drive measurable ROI.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and client servicing to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Job Duties:
Team Leadership & Operations:
- Lead and manage the Search & Social operations team, ensuring timely, high-quality campaign delivery.
- Oversee team utilization, workload distribution, and performance management.
- Drive hiring, onboarding, and capability development to strengthen technical depth and delivery standards.
Account Oversight:
- Review campaign setups, optimizations, and reporting to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices.
- Provide strategic guidance to the team on pacing, QA, troubleshooting, and performance improvement.
- Act as the escalation point for technical or delivery-related challenges.
Process & Quality Management:
- Build, document, and enforce SOPs and scalable workflows to ensure operational consistency.
- Implement quality control mechanisms and process audits to minimize errors and enhance efficiency.
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities to streamline recurring tasks.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Handle client communications, pilot execution, and QBRs for key accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, creative, analytics, and internal ops teams to align on goals and delivery.
- Lead pilot initiatives from scoping to closure, ensuring quality and conversion to long-term engagements.
Strategic Contribution:
- Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements; implement automation where feasible.
- Stay updated with ad tech trends, privacy policies, and industry changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Masters/MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience managing campaigns on Search and Social platforms with a strong background in digital media.
- 4+ years of experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a data-driven approach.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
