Hence it is not everyone's cup of tea.  What will I be doing at Ather :  - Understand vague requirements of hiring manager and help them map out candidate profile  - Proactively work with teams to find out gaps in their team and suggest appropriate profiles to fill in before it becomes bottleneck  - Hunt down potential candidate from any corner of the world  - Evaluate candidates and submit your evaluation to the hiring managers and make sure only the best people reach to hiring manager  What skill do I need to have :  - Domain knowledge in one or more of the following domains - automotive, electronics, embedded systems, software, manufacturing operations and business  TA professional with pleasant interfacing and soft skills and excellent communication   - Experience in hiring mid to senior roles  - Excellent expertise in using job boards, social and professional networking sites to dig out best profiles  - Must have excellent networking ability to reach out to potential candidate  - Proactive professional with ability to communicate freely and with confidence across all levels  - Excellent ability and skill to track and follow up with all stake holders and candidates alike  Qualification :  Engineer or MBA Graduate
