You'll be our: Business Finance Partner - Lead You'll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru You'll be aligned with: Head - Business Finance You'll be a member of: Corporate Finance & Accounts What You'll do at Ather - Be the finance leader for the SBU and a trusted partner to the business leader for all things finance - Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen in tailoring financial business cases - Be the finance sounding board for all growth opportunities - Build strong understanding around business and landscape of the industry, which enables you to actively drive financial strategies around launch of new products, pricing, go-to-market strategy, promotions and offers, etc. - Critically drive financial prudence with a balanced business view - Create a robust financial plan both for short- and long-range targets towards achieving objectives of the SBU - Drive AOP and re-forecasting conversations for capital allocation - Establish a strong execution mechanism for the delivery of the financial plan - set up -powerful financial planning systems for budget management - Anchor strong analytical framework to identify early trendlines of revenue and cost analysis - Identify opportunities for driving efficiencies in capital allocation - Tailor insightful presentations and analysis for senior management while presenting financial results on a monthly basis - drive outlook-based critical decisions in such forums - Build and lead a high-performing team with the right attitude to deliver functional and organization goals What we Are Looking for - Highly skilled and proficient in creating business models in spreadsheets and ability to provide deep insights by way of presentations - Strong financial and business acumen with solid understanding of financial forecasting and reporting processes - Hands-on experience in ERP environment and business intel data platforms - Self-starter and a high-caliber individual who is driven by new challenges and can drive radical changes - Independent thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work in an agile framework and a dynamic environment What You Bring to Ather - Chartered Accountant (CA); Masters in Business Administration with 8-10 years of total experience (with 6+ years of relevant experience in Automobile, Retail or FMCG sector)
