You'll be our: Business Finance Partner - Manager You'll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru You'll be aligned with: Head - Lead Scooter Business Finance You'll be a member of: Corporate Finance & Accounts What you'll do at Ather: - Finance Partner with SBU leaders to develop both strategic and tactical business plans - involves business reporting of SBU PL, OKRs etc. - Drive financial results closure (MIS), Capital allocations for SBU - AOP and quarterly re-forecasts, and key cost and revenue drivers to support the PL objectives. - Actively supporting business leaders on decisions by creating robust financial models - involves pricing strategy for your SBUs, go-to market strategy, promotions and offers. - Strategic dealer financial modeling and financial assessments of dealers for enabling high growth of Ather dealer network. - Build robust systems to enable budgets management & analysis thereby driving data driven decision making. - Become a trusted finance business partner to all business units and leadership teams. - Tailored insightful presentations, analysis and dialogue with business partners around budget and spends to optimize profitability and return-on-investment. Here's what we are looking for: - Highly skilled and proficient in creating business models in excels and ability to provide deep insights by way of presentations. - Strong financial acumen with strong understanding of financial forecasting & reporting - Self-starter that takes initiative and is driven by new challenges - Hands on Experience on ERP environment and business data platforms would be appreciated - Independent thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work in an agile framework in a dynamic environment What you bring to Ather: - Chartered Accountant (CA); Master's in Business Administration - 6-8 years of relevant experience in Automobile/Retail sector
