Athenahealth Technology - Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Phenom, with a specific emphasis on its alignment, ensuring it meets overall business goals.

- Product Development: Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and developing a clear product roadmap.

- Serve as the primary Workday Recruiting SME within the organization, providing insights and guidance on best practices, potential integrations, and core functionalities.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including implementation teams and customer.

- Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams (including technical teams) to gather feedback on product concepts and validate solutions, particularly those involving Workday Recruiting.

- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates.

- Training & Support: Develop clear and concise training materials and conduct workshops for internal teams (including sales, support, and implementation) and customers on Phenom and its Workday

Recruiting functionalities.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting guidance for users of the Phenom product suite.

Typical Qualifications:

- 3+ years of Product Management experience.

- Knowledge of Phenom People is a plus.

- Capability of multi-tasking while being highly organized with excellent time management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience creating and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans is preferred (understanding the testing process and collaborating with QA is more important than hands-on execution).

- Strong and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with team members (including technical teams) and business stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Experience understanding the implications of managing technology in a SOX and SOC1 environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.

- Experience working with technical teams in a product management capacity
