Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement AI models and pipelines, leveraging LLMs to address business needs.

- Design and deploy machine learning solutions on Azure, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Use Python for data preprocessing, model development, and experimentation.

- Build and integrate REST APIs using Flask to enable seamless model access for other applications.

- Containerize models and applications with Docker to streamline deployment and improve portability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and create custom AI solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud technologies.

- Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and inference speed based on real-time data.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in data science, working with LLMs and Generative AI models across CPG, Retail, Supply Chain etc. e.g. customer churn/retention, route optimization, inventory planning, market mix modelling, etc.

- Hands-on experience deploying AI/ML models on Azure and using cloud-based tools.

- Proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation, model building, and evaluation.

- Experience with Dockerization for deploying and managing AI applications.

- Knowledge of Flask to build lightweight APIs for model integration.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business challenges into AI solutions.

- Good communication skills to work with stakeholders and present technical results effectively.
