The Role: We are seeking to build the initial Product team in Bangalore to help define and build the V1 of the product. The role will involve: - Extensive customer research, speaking with CTOs, CIOs, DevOps, and Engineering team to understand their problem statements and priorities, - Help recruit design partners (first few users) for the V1, - Iterating with the UI/UX team and design partners to create wireframes and detailed specifications, - Work with the engineering team closely to get the V1 out, - Plan & execute launch, including pricing, adoption, and customer success. The role is about creating a great product and being part of the founding team, creating an incredible culture that will lay the foundation for building a high-quality, global business. Requirements We are looking for Computer Science Engineers with experience in DevOps, Cloud Automation, and SecOps. While a Product Management background is desirable, it is not mandatory. We are open to having engineers desiring to move to product management and help define the product. Specifically, we are seeking candidates with: - 5+ years of experience in building, deploying, managing, monitoring, and scaling applications on AWS or Azure Cloud. - Deep understanding of Cloud Costs, Spot, Cloud Billing, and Commitment-based discounts. - Great listening, learning skills, and deep humility. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
