Role Overview:

Were seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead our strategic marketing initiatives and drive growth across channels.

You will oversee brand building, demand generation, paid media, performance marketing, and user acquisition.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, data-driven marketer, and strong team leader with hands-on experience in modern digital advertising ecosystems including Google Ads and Meta Ads, and familiarity with other paid media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

- Lead annual planning, budgeting, and performance forecasting for the marketing function.

- Establish and track OKRs/KPIs tied to business goals.

Brand & Positioning:

- Build and strengthen the AstroYogi brand across digital and offline touchpoints.

- Drive consistent brand messaging that aligns with customer insights and audience segments.

Digital & Paid Media:

- Own end-to-end paid media strategy across key digital channels:

- Search and display campaigns (e., Google Ads).

- Social platforms (e., Meta Ads for Facebook, Instagram).

- Other performance-oriented digital channels.

- Ensure campaigns are optimized for conversion, performance, and ROI using data insights and best practices from industry standards.

Performance Marketing & Analytics:

- Leverage analytics, attribution tools, and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and drive decision-making.

- Optimize budgets, audience targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize performance and minimize waste.

Content Strategy & Communications:

- Oversee content strategy to support brand narrative and engagement across channels (blogs, social media, email, etc.

- Collaborate with creative partners and internal stakeholders to produce compelling, conversion-focused content.

Partnerships & PR:

- Identify strategic partnerships and partnerships that can amplify brand reach.

- Lead PR initiatives to enhance visibility and credibility in key markets and media outlets.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.

- Promote a culture of experimentation, accountability, learning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 10-12 years of progressive marketing experience, with a strong background in digital marketing strategy and execution.

- Demonstrated experience with paid digital advertising, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, and a solid understanding of broader performance marketing practices.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic decisions.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience working in consumer-facing tech, digital platforms, or app-led businesses is a plus.

- Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable growth in competitive environments.
