About the Role:

- We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketing Executive to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across platforms.

- The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads and quick commerce platforms like Blinkit and Zepto.

- You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, conversions, and revenue through full-funnel campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart, and other paid platforms.

- Run paid campaigns on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, etc.

- Drive Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) user acquisition strategies.

- Monitor daily campaign performance, analyzing KPIs like CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC to continuously optimize results.

- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure campaign creatives and landing pages are conversion-optimized.

- Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficiency while achieving performance goals.

- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.

- Generate reports using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc. ) to derive insights and improvement areas.

- Stay updated with the latest platform algorithms, ad policies, and best practices.

Requirements:.

- 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in e-commerce or D2C businesses.

- Proven hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.

- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, audience targeting, and remarketing strategies.
