Help develop overall business goals by maintaining a sound technology strategy including timelines, budgets, performance metrics, etc. 2. Review and improve our technology vision, roadmap and strategy to align with our overall company vision and mission. 3. Provide top quality leadership and hold ultimate accountability for all scrum teams within product development, Dev Ops, System Intelligence, System Reliability, Security, Front-end, UI/UX and Technical Support. 4. Be a prime example of upholding Values, and enabling Product Development team members to do the same. 5. Develop, test and deploy new in product engaging features. 6. Systematically review security threats and remove vulnerability throughout the technology stack. Skill and Qualification : 1. Masters Degree from a Tier 1 Institution or Bachelor s Degree with no desire for further education. Preferred from IIT/ Bits Pilani 2. 3+ years of progressive technology experience as an engineer, project manager and a team leader in cross-functional teams. 3. As a startup this role and the company will evolve and pivot and times will show more unknowns than known. You must be comfortable with ambiguity. 4. Results Driven! Demonstrated ability to bring a product to mass-deployment. 5. Hands-on product management and software development life-cycle experience. 6. Start-up or start-up-like experience is essential, you must be comfortable working in small, agile teams where responsibilities are broad. 7. Hands on experience of coding and building Architecture. 8. Ability to lead the team, develop, design, guide key technical modules, participate in the bottom frame and core code writing, and be responsible for the security and stability of the system. 9. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research. 10. Ability to build clear and concise prototypes and specification documents. 11. Leadership and organizational abilities, strategic thinking, problem-solving aptitude. 12. Specific Technical Mastery required in Swift, Java, Node, Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS.
