Aston Processors - Chief Financial Officer

Description:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Provide financial and commercial advice to management for decision-making on new business opportunities, mergers, and investments.

- Lead the long-term business planning, financial modeling, and forecasting process.

Treasury & Fund Management:

- Manage fund-based and non-fund-based working capital facilities including term loans, LCs, SBLCs, and bank guarantees.

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, rating agencies, and investors to secure optimal financing arrangements.

- Monitor and manage organizational cash flow and liquidity.

Accounting, Audit & Compliance:

- Ensure finalization of accounts as per IND AS and other statutory requirements.

- Supervise internal, statutory, and tax audits; coordinate with auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Oversee all regulatory compliance including direct and indirect taxes, Companies Act, and other financial laws.

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

- Lead annual budgeting and financial planning cycles.

- Monitor financial performance through variance analysis and suggest corrective measures.

- Evaluate project profitability, cost structures, and financial feasibility of expansion initiatives.

Risk & Governance:

- Implement internal control systems and financial policies to safeguard company assets.

- Assess business and financial risks; propose mitigation strategies.

- Provide financial insights and risk assessments to the Board and senior management.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead and develop the Finance & Accounts team across multiple locations.

- Drive talent development, continuous learning, and performance culture within the department.
