Job Title: General Manager - Sales Operations

About the Role:
We are seeking dynamic and result-driven sales professionals to lead our regional sales operations across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our channel partner network, and managing a high-performing sales team in the commercial kitchen and refrigeration segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently lead regional sales operations and deliver revenue targets
- Drive business growth across new and existing markets
- Develop and expand the channel partner/distributor network
- Identify new business opportunities and client segments
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to drive strategic decisions
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and service teams
- Maintain product knowledge on full range of food service and refrigeration equipment
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 3-6 years of core sales experience, preferably in the Food Service Equipment segment
- Proven success in B2B sales and channel development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently
- Proficient in sales CRM and reporting tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
