Description:


The AGM Digital Marketing will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across organic channels, paid media, marketing technology stack, and CRM platforms. The role focuses on scalable growth, data-driven decision-making, lead quality, patient/customer lifecycle management, and ROI optimization while ensuring seamless integration between marketing, technology, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Leadership

- Define and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue objectives.

- Lead and mentor a multi-functional digital team covering SEO, content, performance marketing, CRM, and marketing technology.

- Act as the digital transformation champion, driving adoption of new tools, automation, and best practices.

- Collaborate closely with brand, product, sales, IT, and analytics teams to ensure integrated campaigns.

2. Organic Growth (SEO, Content & Social)

- Own organic traffic growth through SEO (technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO).

- Drive content strategy for websites, blogs, landing pages, and organic social media with a focus on discoverability and engagement.

- Improve website performance metrics including rankings, traffic quality, engagement, and conversions.

- Oversee reputation management, listings optimization, and local search performance where applicable.

3. Paid Media & Performance Marketing

- Lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic, native, and other relevant platforms.

- Define performance benchmarks for CAC, CPL, ROAS, conversion rates, and funnel efficiency.

- Ensure effective media planning, audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget optimization.

- Work with agencies and internal teams to scale high-performing campaigns while controlling costs.

4. Marketing Technology & Automation

- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack including CMS, analytics, tag management, CDP, automation tools, and ad tech platforms.

- Drive implementation and integration of tools to improve attribution, personalization, and campaign efficiency.

- Partner with IT and vendors to ensure platform stability, data accuracy, security, and compliance.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and scalability.

5. CRM, Lifecycle & Retention Marketing

- Lead CRM strategy across acquisition, nurturing, conversion, retention, and re-engagement journeys.

- Design and optimize automated journeys using email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messaging.

- Improve lead-to-conversion rates through segmentation, scoring, personalization, and timing optimization.

- Work closely with sales / operations teams to align CRM workflows, lead handovers, and follow-up processes.

6. Data, Analytics & Reporting

- Establish robust reporting frameworks and dashboards across channels and funnels.

- Track and analyze key KPIs including traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, lifetime value, and ROI.

- Drive attribution modeling and insights for smarter budget allocation and strategy refinement.

- Present actionable insights and performance reviews to senior leadership.

7. Governance, Compliance & Best Practices

- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, data privacy regulations, and platform policies.

- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and best practices across digital initiatives.

- Manage external agencies, technology partners, and vendors with clear SLAs and performance metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Technical & Functional

- Strong expertise in SEO, paid media, CRM platforms, and marketing automation

- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tag Manager, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)

- Understanding of web technologies, APIs, integrations, and attribution models

- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Leadership & Soft Skills

- Proven people management and stakeholder management abilities

- Strategic thinking with strong execution focus

- Ability to translate data into business insights

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
