Aster DM Healthcare - Manager/Senior Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

The FP&A professional will support business leadership through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and performance analysis, enabling informed decision-making and effective cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.

- Develop and analyse monthly MIS, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.

- Track revenue, costs, margins, and key business KPIs.

- Support management reviews, board decks, and strategic presentations.

- Conduct scenario analysis and financial modelling for business decisions.

- Partner with business teams to drive cost optimisation and profitability.

- Ensure data accuracy and alignment with accounting and finance teams.
