Position Summary:

- The PR Senior Associate at AstaGuru will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the company's public relations strategies.

- The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the art and luxury market, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and key stakeholders.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

- Develop and Implement PR Strategies: Design and execute integrated public relations strategies that enhance AstaGuru's brand equity and align with overall marketing objectives.

- Media Relations Management: Build, nurture, and leverage relationships with key journalists, editors, and influencers in the art, luxury, and auction sectors to secure high-impact media placements across print, digital, and broadcast platforms.

- Content Development: Create and oversee the production of compelling press releases, articles, media kits, and other communication materials that effectively convey AstaGuru's core messages and value proposition.

- Event Publicity and Coverage: Strategize and manage PR activities for company events, exhibitions, and auctions, including coordination of media invitations, on-site coverage, and post-event publicity.

- Crisis Communication: Develop, implement, and manage crisis communication plans to protect and uphold AstaGuru's reputation during sensitive or challenging situations; serve as a company spokesperson when required.

- Brand Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and continuously refine AstaGuru's brand positioning, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all public relations and communication channels.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work in tandem with marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate PR efforts within broader business initiatives, enhancing overall stakeholder engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications:
