Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and manage the overall social media strategy to align with business goals.

- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.

- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to support campaigns and product launches.

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

- Define and track KPIs and ROI for social media efforts; analyze performance data and adjust strategies accordingly.

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.

- Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

- Work with designers and content creators to ensure cohesive brand messaging.


Qualifications required:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

- A masters degree is a plus.


Experience required:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (3+ years preferred).

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and trends.

- Creative thinking with attention to detail and strong project management skills.
