PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are exploring a senior leadership role to drive cluster-level business performance in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. This role will have end-to-end ownership of the cluster, with a strong focus on revenue growth, profitability, team development, and process excellence.
Position Overview
- Own and drive the P&L for the assigned cluster, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and margin improvement.
- Align cluster strategies with overall company goals and expectations, translating vision into actionable plans.
- Mentor, guide, and performance-manage the existing Client Relations (CR) team, building capability, accountability, and a high-performance culture.
- Strengthen and streamline internal processes, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
- Drive business development initiatives, client acquisition, and retention in coordination with sales and category teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, finance, and production) to ensure seamless execution.
- Track performance metrics, review outcomes regularly, and provide structured updates to the Business Head.
- Act as a strategic problem-solver, identifying gaps, risks, and growth opportunities within the cluster
Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and implement the regional business strategy in alignment with AstaGuru's overall goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth and enhance market share in the North zone.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of sales professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs, regularly monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, collectors, galleries, and industry stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized service and engagement.
Collaboration and Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure the successful execution of regional initiatives.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to boost brand visibility and drive auction participation.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance and market conditions, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the regional budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, an MBA is highly desirable
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the art and collectibles market, including trends, valuation, and client dynamics.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
