With a current turnover of - 30 Cr and a legacy built on excellence, Giftex is entering a high-growth phase-leveraging e-commerce, scaled exhibitions, frequent auctions, and product innovation to achieve 50% year-on-year growth.

- We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic CEO to lead Giftex through this transformation and scale it into a - 100+ Cr, multi-platform business.

- The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong track record in building or scaling luxury, premium, or aspirational consumer brands-someone who can bring the finesse of brand storytelling, customer experience, and high-value partnerships to our platform.

- As CEO, you will drive Giftex's next phase of growth, scaling revenue from - 30 Cr to - 100+ Cr, elevating brand value, and transforming Giftex into a year-round platform serving India's top gifting needs.

- Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, and evolving the brand.

- The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep experience in the luxury or auction industry, a proven ability to grow brands, and a passion for innovation and client excellence.

- You will define and execute a 3-5-year vision to scale the business at a CAGR of 50%, identifying and leveraging new growth drivers such as e-commerce expansion, auction monetization, increased frequency of exhibitions, and category diversification.

- Your mandate will include expanding Giftex's geographic reach and creating a year-round value proposition for its clients.

- You will lead the development and scale-up of a B2B gifting e-commerce platform, overseeing digital product management including marketplace user experience, vendor onboarding, and logistics integrations.

- Driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data insights will be a key priority.

- On the physical events side, you will scale exhibitions in frequency and format, introduce regional and micro thematic curation, and launch innovative auction models that deliver recurring value for vendors and buyers.

- Leveraging technology to enhance exhibition experiences-such as pre-booking, lead capture, and analytics-will also be critical.

- You will shape product strategy across physical and digital formats, continuously improving vendor offerings, catalog relevance, and user experience while introducing new verticals such as luxury, sustainable, and experiential gifting.

- With full P&L responsibility, you will ensure topline and margin growth, build scalable systems for supply chain, vendor management, and customer service, and optimize operations for agility and cost-effectiveness.

- Building and leading a cross-functional leadership team across sales, technology, operations, product, and marketing will be central to your role.

- You will foster a high-performance, execution-focused, and ownership-driven culture while representing Giftex with credibility in industry and investor networks.

- The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience with proven success in scaling a product- or platform-led business from - 30-50 Cr to - 100+ Cr.

- A strong background in e-commerce, exhibitions or events, product management, or B2B commerce is essential.

- Experience in leading digital platforms or marketplaces is highly preferred, along with demonstrated ability to drive revenue through multiple levers such as product innovation, digital channels, partnerships, and experiential formats.

- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability is a must, and experience in luxury, design-forward, or aspirational consumer brands is a strong advantage.

- An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
