This candidate will be coordinating with teams across the organization to understand teams' design needs and building out their creative strategy accordingly. In each of these projects, you will ensure that outcomes are on budget, within brand, and incorporating current design trends. Responsibilities: Creative Leadership: - Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative assets for digital campaigns, website, social media, and auction-related projects. - Develop innovative and cohesive visual identities for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with AstaGuru's premium brand positioning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (curatorial, marketing, PR, and tech) to ideate and deliver creative strategies tailored to high-end audiences. Design & Execution: - Oversee the production of all visual content, including static and motion graphics, videos, emailers, and online ad campaigns. - Ensure all creative materials adhere to the brand's aesthetic, luxury tone, and positioning. - Stay updated on the latest trends in art, design, and digital media to integrate fresh, innovative ideas. Digital Focus: - Strategize and design visually compelling digital campaigns for auctions, leveraging channels like social media, email, and programmatic ads. - Work closely with performance marketing teams to optimize creative outputs for user engagement and conversions. - Ensure a seamless user experience through visually appealing web and mobile interfaces in collaboration with UX/UI designers. Team Management & Mentorship: - Build, mentor, and lead a creative team of designers, photographers, video editors, and other specialists. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. - Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree is Art or relevant field. - A master's degree in art direction, visual arts, or a related field is a plus. - Minimum of 10+ years in art direction, with a significant focus on luxury brands, digital-first campaigns, and high-end design. - Prior experience working with art, auction houses, or luxury consumer markets is a strong advantage.
