
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct EIA studies for development projects including Ports, Highways, and Industrial Areas.
- Assist in preparing Environmental Management Plans (EMPs), baseline monitoring plans, and mitigation strategies.
Statutory Compliance and Clearances:
- Ensure compliance with environmental legislation such as EIA Notification, CRZ Notification, and related guidelines.
Field Work & Data Collection:
- Supervise third-party monitoring agencies as required.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities for project-related matters.
Reporting & Documentation:
- Contribute to the drafting and finalization of reports in accordance with client and statutory requirements.
Client Interaction & Coordination:
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary internal teams for seamless project execution.
Travel Requirements:
- Experience with baseline environmental monitoring and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in technical writing and preparing detailed reports.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); GIS exposure is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to CRZ mapping, land use analysis, or GIS tools will be advantageous.
- Ability to multitask and handle concurrent assignments efficiently.
