Assurant - Quality Analyst

Warehouse & 3PL Planning:

- Forecast daily and weekly dispatch volumes and derive capacity plans for 3PL partners.

- Monitor warehouse KPIs: order processing TAT, inventory turnover, reverse logistics timelines.

Logistics & Last-Mile Tracking

- Analyze courier performance: delivery SLA, RTO %, zone-wise delays, and claim management.

- Build courier allocation models to optimize cost and reduce delays based on zones and weight slabs.

Advanced Excel Automation:

- Build fully automated Excel tools using:

- Pivot Tables and slicers for interactive reports

- Nested formulas, array functions, and INDEX-MATCH logic for SKU planning

Dashboarding:

Create live Power BI dashboards for:

- Warehouse throughput (inbound/outbound trends, TAT, aging)

- Inventory health (stock cover, sell-through, replenishment)

- Logistics tracking (dispatch vs delivery, courier TAT, cost/order)

Inventory Split across Multiple WH:

- Design automated excel on inventory split across multiple WH pan India.

Required Qualifications:

- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain operations, 3PL or logistics analytics.

- Advanced Excel expertise: PivotTables, complex formulas, VBA/macros
